Adobe Flash Patch Update

adobe-flash-player-patch

This week Adobe announced on their security bulletin that they had found a major security flaw in their Flash software. The security issue affects all Macs, Windows, and Linux users with all versions of the Flash Player. In the security bulletin, Adobe details that the ‘critical vulnerability’ in Flash Player could potentially cause system crashes and allow attackers “to take control of the affected system”.

As of this weekend, an update has been released by Adobe to fix this problem. We recommend updating to this immediately. It would install version 19.0.0.226. To install, you can go to System Preferences, click on Flash Player (located on the bottom), click on Updates, and then there it will show you what version you are on and the option to update.

Thank you for supporting Triad Mac.
